Resolution No. 588 of the Council of Ministers dated August 7, 2017 approved the state program of the development of the machine-building complex of Belarus for 2017-2020, BELTA has learned from the press service of the Government.
The state program is aimed at developing, enhancing efficiency, and increasing competitiveness of the machine-building complex. It has the following priorities: a growth and diversification of the exports of goods, an ensuring of a balanced state of the foreign trade, an attraction of investment in order to increase the labor efficiency and form the priority development centers.
The Republican budget, own funds of the organizations, credit resources, and other sources permitted by the legislation will be used to finance the state program.
It is planned to allocate BYN 4,865.5 million to perform this program. The own funds of the organizations will amount to BYN 705.7 million, the credit resources – to BYN 3,339.1 million, and the funds of the Republican budget – to BYN 775.3 million.
The Ministry of Industry is a responsible customer and a state program customer. The Ministry of Industry is ordered to provide the funds to finance the state program measures when developing the projects of the Republican budget for the next financial year in the prescribed manner.
This Resolution will enter into force after the official publication.
